Yes, yes I'm not that active as usually... Soorry! My Pawrents are doing something called 'renovation' and we had to move to our Grandpawrent's house. So I'm a bit slow lately, but I hope we can move back soon.

Back to the business! I had a session with our lovely Freddy, who lives with another beautiful bengal cat (Violet) , and an aussie, Sparky.

Dr. Puszedli:

Hi dear Freddy! Thank you for choosing me, I'm grateful to have a session with you. What will be our main project?

Freddy:

Hii! Maybe I could work on being nicer. I’m mean to sparky. And don’t let anyone but my mom dad and brother touch me.

Dr.Puszedli:

Mm.... okay! Let's see, why are you not nice with Sparky? Who is older? Tell me a bit about your family pls!

Freddy:

I (Freddy) will be 5 in March. sparky is the Aussie in the family who is 2. He wants to play and I hiss at him and slap him.

Dr.Puszedli:

Oh, do you get upset when he wants to play, or do you feel threatened?

Freddy:

I am not afraid of him. Maybe I don’t trust him.

And maybe I am a bit jealous that he gets a lot of attention and gets to go everywhere with mom

Dr.Puszedli:

I see! So you feel frustrated sometimes because of Sparky's behavior. Tell me about your feelings when he arrived at the family!

Freddy:

When he first came here we didn’t know what the fluff he was. An annoying fluff ball

Dr.Puszedli:

hahaha! like a Tasmanian devil, right? 😆😆 When he comes closer (without that big energy)is it annoying too?

Yes, it's not fair, dogs can walk with our pawrents, and go out more than once per day. But to see the brighter side of it, when they are at home with us, they want cuddle and chill together. Obviously, cats are great partners in these activities! ☺️☺️

Freddy:

We don’t snuggle with sparky although I think he would like it if we did. We only snuggle with mom. I get annoyed just looking at Sparky.

Dr.Puszedli:

Yes absolutely, snuggle with pawrents! they walk with dogs, snuggle with us haha :D When SParky is sleepy, is he a bit slower?

Freddy:

Yes, he doesn’t really do anything wrong, it’s just annoying that he is here.

Dr.Puszedli:

I see! Well Sweethearts, I would like to suggest observing Sparky's behavior a little bit longer than usual, you had. When he is calm and not that energetic, you should go closer to him. Play with him in short terms. First of all shorter terms and you will be able to handle his things a little bit more. Maybe you have common favorite games, you might enjoy playing together. Also, he is a really energetic type of doggo, but you are not the lazy one either! :D So I think as soon as he will be over his 'teenage years' it will be easier for you.
